The Opportunity

We’re hiring our first Growth Marketing Manager to own VerifyYou’s brand presence, content strategy, paid channels, and growth experiments end-to-end.

You’ll write copy, produce content, launch campaigns, and build scalable systems that drive pipeline and awareness. You’ll work directly with the founders and GTM team to shape our voice in the market, grow our audience, and turn attention into customers.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute a multi-channel growth strategy across social, content, email, and paid media
• Manage VerifyYou’s social presence (LinkedIn, X, etc.) and drive engagement through consistent, thoughtful content
• Write and publish high-quality blogs, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns
• Launch and optimize paid acquisition campaigns (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Create and refine landing pages and lead magnets to improve conversion rates
• Define and track key growth metrics (traffic, engagement, MQLs, CPL, etc.)
• Partner with founders and the GTM team to align campaigns with messaging and pipeline goals
